Update Your Contact and Billing Details

Keeping your information up to date ensures we can contact you easily if there is ever an issue with your account. It is also vital for your account security and helps prevent any unwanted interruptions to your services.

Updating Your Contact Details

  • Head over to the my.invi.uk control panel and log in.
  • Navigate to the Client Area and select Edit Contact Details.
  • Here you can update your account type (individual or business), full name, phone number, email address and business details.

Updating Your Security Questions

  • From the my.invi.uk control panel, go to the Client Area and select Security Details.
  • You can choose from a list of predetermined security questions. We use these specific questions to verify your identity securely if you ever need to call our support helpline.

Managing Payment Methods & Automatic Renewals

  • Log into the my.invi.uk control panel, head to the Client Area and click on Payment Details.
  • Here you can add a new bank card. This allows us to automatically take payments for your monthly subscriptions and domain renewals so you never miss a date.

Paying Outstanding Invoices Unless specified otherwise when you signed up, your invoices will be raised on the 1st of every month.

  • To pay manually, log into the my.invi.uk control panel, select the Client Area and click on Unpaid Invoices.
  • (Note: The standard ‘Invoices’ tab shows your history of closed and paid bills throughout your time with invi. The ‘Unpaid Invoices’ tab will only appear if there is an outstanding balance on your account).
  • Open the outstanding invoice and scroll to the bottom to view all available payment methods.

Currently, our accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit/Debit Card
  • Bank Transfer (via sort code 04-00-04 and account number 60176609). If you select this method, you must manually send the payment to us so we can ensure your account is updated correctly to avoid website suspension.
  • Other Methods including Direct Debit and PayPal. To use these portals, you must submit a support ticket to request access.

Important Notice Regarding Outstanding Balances Failure to clear any outstanding debt will result in your website being automatically disabled by the system. This will display a blank page advising visitors to contact support and it will also disable all incoming and outgoing emails. This is laid out in our terms and conditions.

We completely understand that this can cause problems and look extremely unprofessional to your clients. Please know that we would rather never deactivate a website package, but this is an automatic software process that we cannot override. To help avoid this, we provide multiple payment methods and offer options to pay annually instead of monthly.
